The CC-24 Chocolate Machine has a production rate 90 to 1800 lbs of chocolate per day depending on which model. This Enrober can hold 90 lbs of chocolate in its heated water jacketed tank. This machine also has a unique chocolate transfer system which is gentle on the transfer of the chocolate from the storage tank to the enrobing hopper, this process minimizes the amount of air bubbles in the enrobed chocolate which gives you a nicely finished product.
Our Chocolate Machines have been designed for easy cleaning with a roll a way conveyor and removable access panels.
