Chocolate Cooling Tunnels
Cooling Tunnel frame, panels and covers are made of #304 Polished Stainless Steel.
Canopies are light weight and can be removed completely for easy cleaning and total access to the conveyor system.
Canopies are made of durable reinforced white fiberglass with ridgid insulation sandwhiched in between and has a great insulating factor with low moisture conduction, also all surfaces are USDA approved and can be cleaned easily.
Cooling Tunnels are energy efficiant because they are totaly insulated with an R- 8.25 Factor.
Our Cooling Tunnel have a modular design so they can easley be moved from one location to another. (Remote Refrigeration is Optional)
High Performance Convection Cooling gives our tunnels even cooling with low humidity depending on products used, this process delivers gentle cooling which is the best way to cool your product down without damage.
Zoned High Performance Convection Cooling is great for our chocolate cooling tunnels this process keeps your chocolate coating from blooming.
