Our CC - Series is the most versatile Chocolate Machine on the market today, this machine can Enrobe,Glaze, and Deposit a wide range of Fillings Ect. This Model comes with a PLC and is constructed of #304 polished stainless steel and has pull-away conveyor for easy cleaning and uses a pump system to trasfered the chocolate from a heated storage tank to the Chocolate Enrobing unit or depositing heads
This Model has the production rate of 80 to 1800 pounds of Chocolate per day and comes in different conveyor widths from 24" to 36". All our enrobers are made at our facility and can be customized to produce your special products plus all part are readily available.

Our CPE - Series is our high production Model this Enrober is constructed of polished stainless steel and has a removable conveyor for easy cleaning and uses a pump system to transfer the chocolate from a heated storage tank to the chocolate enrobing hopper,this machine is capable of bottom coating or top coating or both, PLC control optional.
This Model has the production rate of 80 to 1500 pounds of chocolate per day depending on the model and comes in different conveyor widths from 10" to 24" with optional tempering unit. All our enrobers are made at our facility and can be customized to produce your special products plus all part are readily available.
